<p>The OEAC Network proudly announces the launch of its Digital Library platform, a free online resource providing access to over 10,000 books, research papers, and academic journals. This initiative aims to bridge the educational gap for Afghan students who lack access to physical libraries.</p>
<p>Students can register for free at <a href="https://library.oeacnetwork.com">library.oeacnetwork.com</a> and access materials in English, Dari, and Pashto. The platform includes features like bookmarking, reading lists, and offline access.</p>
<p>Since its soft launch in January 2025, over 5,000 students have already enrolled. The library is supported by international partners including the British Council and UNESCO.</p>
